ABOUT SSC CGL
SSC or Staff Selection Commission has been one of the most desirable organizations for Government exams in India. It conducts Combined Graduate Level - SSC CGL exam every year for recruitment to non-technical Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ non gazetted posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India.Every year thousands of vacancies are filled by SSC in Government departments. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam for recruitment to various subordinate services like:
1) Accounts Officer in Guwahati - Staff Selection Commission North SSC NER
2) Tax Assistant in CBDT and CBEC.
3) Compiler in Registrar General of India.
4) Auditor Offices under C&A, CGDA, CGA & others.
5) Jr. Accountant, Divisional Accountant, Auditor & UDCs in various offices of Govt. of India etc.
SSC CGL 2018 ELIGIBILITY
1) Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
2) You must complete the Bachelor degree course from recognised University or Institute.
3) For Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer you must have to complete Chartered Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company
Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or
Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business
Economics.
4) For sector age limit should not exceed more than 30 years.

SSC CGL SYLLABUS
1st Tier --Written Examination (Objective Muliple choice questions)
2nd Tier -- Main Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
3rd Tier -- Personality Test /Interview or Skill Test where applicable Candidates opting for post of Sub Inspector in CPOs will be required to undergo Physical Endurance Test (PET)/Medical Examination at any convenient time after declaration of result of Tier 1.

For the post of Statistical Investigators GR II & Compilers. The exam will be consist of three papers as under.
